The dining area has been set with increased space between tables and the lounge area has been configured to allow for social distancing


Extensive cleaning and disinfecting procedures will be carried out in all rooms and shared areas on a regular basis. Extra measures will be taken on high touch areas such as door handles etc.

Alcohol based sanitiser (70%) will be available in all public areas.

On check out, all rooms will be deep cleaned and sanitised.

All guests will have their temperature taken on arrival and each day, with a hand held screening device. This will be done in the most unobtrusive way possible.
Should a guest show sign of COVID-19, the management team will react in accordance with government and WHO regulations.


Additional sanitizing stations have been placed at strategic points for staff use in the back of house.

All staff will be trained on COVID-19 protocols which have been implemented throughout the hotel, and printed material given with each training session.

Postponement or 100% refund, we remain flexible for cancellations due to Covid19 travel restrictions, limitations, and health reasons.

Coral Tree requires a 24 hour notice period for any cancellation, for a full 100% refund.  Any cancellations within the 24 hour period before check-in, will not be eligible for any refund.

Premature departures will be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed. Receipt of deposit or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement to our terms.
